The way to your own dojo
Motoha Yoshin Ryu is an extremely effective and fascinating martial art that broadens the horizon of the practitioner.

In principle anyone can learn Motoha Yoshin Ryu, but as in every genuine martial art it takes training and a certain perseverance to learn the principles and then internalise them.
For experienced martial arts teachers, combat sports or self-defence instructors who already run a school or are active in a club, we can support you in various ways to learn Motoha Yoshin Ryu and to offer it.
Procedure
- Introduce yourself – Get in touch via the contact form and introduce yourself.
- Get to know each other – A joint training session to get acquainted and exchange ideas.
- Training plan – If everything fits, we draw up a personal training plan: regular basic training sessions to measure progress and regular practice of the techniques with training partners.
- Shodan – After passing the Shodan examination (1st dan) you may open an official training group, supported by a higher dan grade with many years of experience.
- Nidan – As Nidan (2nd dan) you may run your own dojo, again with the support of a higher dan grade.
- Sandan – As Sandan (3rd dan) you may run your own dojo and conduct student examinations.
In Motoha Yoshin Ryu, ranks are neither given away nor sold; they have to be earned.
